1.BUILDING DESCRIPTION
The building comprises of 144 apartments containing:
- Three single bedrooms with a desk and wardrobe space.
- Free internet conection
- Living room with TV.

Fully equipped kitchen with cabinets, fridge, two ring vitroceramic hob, microwave oven and basic kitchenware.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and separate W.C.
- Communal living rooms on each floor, study rooms, TV room and 24-hour reception
- Communal laundry zone.
Businesses in the building include a bookshop, stationary, dance accademy, hair salon and an English academy among others.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
A) THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT
Monthly rent is thre hundred and nineteen euros (319) per person. It should be invoiced monthly in advance within the 5 first days of the month by direct debit through the tenant’s current or savings account.
Bed linen and towels laundry service every ten days and local taxes are included in the price.
B) CONDITIONS FOR THESE TERMS
The price indicated above shall apply to the tenants that sign a contract for the entire academic year (September-June).
For short-term stays please ask the administration office and state your preferences in the attached room reservation form.
C) SECURITY DEPOSIT.
A security deposit of three hundred and sixty (360,00) Euros shall be paid upon room reservation; it shall be returned upon expiration of the term of the lease provided full or partial withholding of the security deposit is not required.
